These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from El Lucero — Tropical Fruits, a mango grower on the Costa Tropical of Almuñécar, Granada (Spain). These terms govern the sales relationship between El Lucero — Tropical Fruits and the customer who places an order through this website or the contact channels provided (WhatsApp, phone or email). By confirming an order, the customer declares that they are of legal age, have the legal capacity to contract and fully accept these Terms of Sale, together with the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.

We sell fresh Osteen mango (August to October) and Keitt mango (October to November), in 2 kg and 4 kg boxes. As a natural, seasonal product, availability is limited and may sell out. Mango is a living product: size, weight per piece, colour and ripeness may vary naturally between pieces and harvests. Photographs on the site are indicative only.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are stated separately depending on the destination (see "Shipping, destinations and delivery times"). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.

The customer selects the desired products and places the order via WhatsApp or the sales channel indicated for each product. We then confirm availability, the total amount (products plus shipping) and the estimated picking and dispatch date. The order is considered confirmed once these terms have been agreed between the customer and the seller.

El Lucero — Tropical Fruits does not have a payment gateway integrated into this website. Payment is made by Bizum or bank transfer, arranged directly with the seller when the order is confirmed. No bank card details are requested or stored on this website.

We ship to mainland Spain only, with delivery in 24-48 h and shipping costs included in the price. Any order placed before 15:00 is prepared and dispatched the next day. Delivery times are counted in working days from dispatch and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (carrier incidents, weather, etc.). Due to the perishable nature of the product, orders are picked and dispatched to order.

Mango travels at the optimum point to arrive in good condition. On receipt, we recommend following our ripening and storage tips to enjoy it at its best. The natural progression of ripening after delivery does not constitute a product defect.

In accordance with Article 103(d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to perishable goods or goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, as is the case with the fresh mango and other fruit we sell. For this reason, product returns are not accepted. This limitation does not affect the customer's rights if the product arrives in poor condition or does not match what was ordered (see "Issues, damage and claims").

If the order arrives damaged, in poor condition or does not match what was ordered, the customer should let us know as soon as possible —preferably within 24 hours of receipt— by writing to info@mangoslucero.es or via WhatsApp, providing photographs of the product and the packaging. Given the perishable nature of the product, there is no need to return it. Once the issue has been verified, we will offer an appropriate solution: replacement of the product or a refund of the corresponding amount.

We warrant that products conform to their description and are delivered in a condition fit for consumption, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. We are not liable for minor differences in colour, size or appearance inherent to a natural product, nor for improper use or storage after delivery.

These Terms of Sale are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada, unless the applicable consumer regulations provide for another jurisdiction.
